The Universe Gave me a Really Strong Nudge
It was December 2025, short after Xmas, when I got into a spiral of spirituality YouTube videos, that told me to go public with what I was working on since the beginning of 2025.
My Way to “AI First”
2025 was the year I truly began using generative AI, after my initial experiments with image generation in 2024.
After some trial and error with Grok and Gemini 2, it was clear that it was a good time to use these tools more intensively.
When Google released Gemini 2.5, I then consistently worked on understanding how LLMs (Language Learning Models) can help in developing concepts. From initial steps toward a Groophz | Nation vision and mission, the G|Nius Playbook (Transformation Journey, Pattern Language) was soon developed.
Throughout the year, I incorporated fundamental concepts into the Playbook with Gemini—concepts that seemed important to me for understanding the world around us or that illuminated the spiritual aspect of being human (in physical space) in greater depth.
This process involved many iterations. Gemini never tired of finding new ideas, terms, and connections, which I then further developed through dialogue. I learned a great deal.
Even after the first few months, it became clear to me that an LLM isn’t just a great writing machine, but also a learning buddy and mentor who offered a wealth of shortcuts for understanding and developing concepts.
For what I’ve already accomplished, I could easily have invested an additional 5-10 years to develop the experience and connect those experiences.
Over time, it became first a natural behavior and eventually a genuine need to understand what Gemini had to say about my inspirations and ideas.
As a side note, I recorded all the important interim results in several documents, which I then repeatedly loaded as context descriptions in new chats so that Gemini immediately knew what I was talking about.
When the documents started filling up the 1 million token context window, I consolidated my notes for the first time and switched from PDF to Markdown format.
My Way to “The G|Nius”
Initially, my intention wasn’t to create a movement out of Groophz | Nation. Rather, the primary goal was to develop a path for myself, and more broadly for others in similar situations, to eventually move beyond traditional employment.
Based on the research I had begun in 2018 within the context of the value creator economy, I started incorporating elements that would still be relevant in 2024 into the playbook, alongside my extensive professional experience (e.g., agility principles, leadership, IT product development).
Added to this were deeper experiences with generative AI in the workplace, its exponential development, and the emerging organizational consequences for people. It quickly became clear during 2025 that the first widespread impacts could be expected in 2026, particularly regarding the economic problems of Western economic systems.
In some cases, people have already been completely replaced by AI to improve company figures (cost reduction is simply easier than driving innovation).
Intuitively, I found it increasingly difficult to ignore this. Moreover, there was a key moment when I realized that my generation, Gen X, would be particularly affected. Getting rid of experienced, expensive employees makes cost reduction so much easier.
Initially, I was more focused on neurodivergent employees, who have always operated outside of conventional organizational structures and could also be considered candidates (whose perspective on problems is often seen as a disruption rather than a valuable source of solutions).
So, I soon had a discussion with Gemini about whether neurodivergents and Gen X shared commonalities that could illustrate this anticipated outcome. And yes, Gemini then summarized this under the term “Neuo-X.” Together with the now called “Conscious Creator,” this then became the G|Nius (Genius). The spelling is based on an abbreviation that Gemini introduced at some point for Groophz | Nation, namely (G|N).
My Way to “The Conscious Creator”
Over time, it became increasingly clear that the first step of the transformation journey is the most crucial: those who don’t know who they are will inevitably encounter self-created dissonances in the subsequent steps, which will ultimately lead to the entire endeavor being abandoned.
Perhaps also because my personal interest in the topic continued to grow, I began to more consistently incorporate spirituality into the Playbook. Eckhart Tolle became an essential foundation. Towards the end of 2025, I also discovered Alan Watts.
December 2025 then became truly exciting. I received a tip about Chinese Metaphysics on YouTube, likely because the topic of cyclical developments in human history had recently inspired me to think more deeply about the roadmap for the coming years. Well, what can I say? From then on, I was swept up in an exponentially growing vortex of insights.
Initially unnoticed, videos from people who shared their messages as channels began appearing. In the meantime, I had briefly explored spirituality with scientific methodology and learned about another way of making predictions. And then Mel’s video came along.
I was so prepared that there was no denying it anymore; this wasn’t just anyone talking to me. This was clearly a message from the universe directly to me. I didn’t know something like this was even possible. But the parallels became increasingly clear in Mel’s various videos.
Not only did she indicate that I now needed to go public with my findings, what is also a general task for the Fire Horses in 2026, and that the results were good enough to even generate income because demand would be unexpectedly high.
What I’m particularly pleased about is that Mel mentioned the “Conscious Creator” as an explanation in one of the videos. What a wonderful term to give G|Nius the depth it has already possessed for months.
Yesterday, she added the further instruction: humanity urgently needs my contribution. The video revealed even more points of agreement, partly because it was something unusual for Mel herself, given that it was meant for nighttime and, as she said, only for very specific people. As a late night owl, and having appeared shortly after the video’s release, I felt this was the final proof. It’s high time to get started.
I’m currently working on getting the website in order and uploading my unreleased NotebookLM podcasts about the latest developments of the playbook to YouTube. And then it will be high time to launch the Creative Lab.
